Lesjöfors is one of Europe's leading full range spring and strip components supplier and also one of the oldest within our business. We have in total 13 factories in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Latvia, England and China. Our main customers are within mechanics, automotive, telecom, electronics, marine, offshore, and electrical. Lesjöfors task is to be a professional partner in our segment, where the goal is to deliver the right quality at the right price and time with minimal fault margin. By being a full-range spring supplier we also contribute to reduce the number of suppliers with our customers.

Lesjöfors China supply our customers with stamped metal parts in the range from 0,05mm up to 3mm thick strip components and stampings. Our experience is wide and include, among others, shielding, cosmetic and insert molding metal parts. Our main customers are within telecom industry with a wide range of customers like Ericsson, SonyEricsson and Nokia.

Lesjöfors aim is to take part in an early stage, so the specific details can be customized with the correct function and quality demands in an optimal solution for each and every project.

Our history in china started in 2002 and we have during the years developed a high technical knowledge within the company and we have a big and very stable group in our back giving us the possibility to take part in very big projects.
Our main purpose with Lesjöfors China is to support the local Chinese market with sheet metal springs and pressings but we are also able to export to the whole world with the benefits of production in China since we have the export license.

Lesjöfors China have a wide range of press lines from 25 tons up to 110 tons and our main products are produced by automatic production in progressive tools but we are also able to support our customers with semiautomatic processes and manual presses. This give our customers a wide range of possibilities for the production depending on the volumes for each and every project. If technically needed we also use multislide technology from Bihler.

In house we can, except for stampings, offer our customers automatic packing, mounting machines, Laser marking, Hairline brushing, cosmetic checking and tray packing, We are able to develop most kind of equipment needed together with the strip components that we produce.

A network of subcontractors gives us the possibility to offer additional processes such as chemical etching, both manual, reel to reel and after forming etching, Laser welding, Electric polish, different kind of cosmetic treatment like PVD-coloring, Bush line, Sandblasting, diamond cutting, anodizing etc. We also have wide experience of many different  kind of plating, Ni-Au, Ni-Ag, Ni-Sn of all common plating techniques, whole plating, reel to reel plating and selective reel to reel plating.

We believe that the most important issue for our customers is that we always take the full responsibility for the projects that we take part in and control everything in detail from project management to control plans and supplier quality even if using outsourcing processes.
